Returns Policy

If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days, excluding earrings (due to hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging. All returns can be quickly submitted via your customer account and should be sent back unworn and in their original packaging. We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them back into our warehouse, and any funds will be returned to your account within 6 working days from that point.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Can I Return or Exchange Items if I Change my Mind?

Can I Return a Sale Item?

We accept returns on all sale items excluding earrings (due to hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging.

Can I Return Earrings?

Our earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons that we adhere to for the safety of our customers. 

UK and EU Returns

Louise Returns Portal , and should be sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

International returns

Please note: If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please get in touch before returning your parcel.

I don't have a printer, can I return without one?

A print in store QR code will be emailed to you if you do not have a printer at home. Please make sure to select this option when requesting your return.

Will my Original Shipping Charge be Refunded?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

When will I Receive my Refund?

I have received a defective item

For all instances of faulty items, please contact us at info@irisajewellery.com with your order number and images of the item showing the fault and our customer service team will resolve this for you.

I Received an Incorrect Item
